A combination of Hatha and slow gentle flow yoga to recharge your day. The format of the class will alternate every week. One week we'll participate in a Breath, Flow, and Meditation -in-motion class, and the next week the class will be more of a Restorative/Internal Practices style. All levels welcome.
Minimum of 6 persons needed for class to run.
