The information provided below will assist sponsors in the process of applying and registering their program/workshop for continuing education units, professional development hours, or international learning units.

Sponsor – Sponsors register their class/event/workshop through the Application for CEU or PDH for non-credit continuing education units or professional development hours. Course Keys are assigned and participants will submit the Participant Information and Transcript of Completion Form which the sponsor covers the $15 processing fee for each submitted form.
Services include: processing initial CEU application from sponsor, issuing Course Key, data entry of participant information, profile creation, issuance of profile/login information, and issuance of electronic transcript of completion or certificate of completion.
Participant Request of Transcript/Certificate of Completion – Participant requires/requests another transcript/certificate of completion to be reissued. CPE must confirm the initial transcript or certificate was issued before a reissue will occur. The $10 fee is the responsibility of the participant for each reissued transcript/certificate.

StudentsIf you would like to request a reissue of your certificate of completion or transcript of completion, please contact WVUEnrich@mail.wvu.edu. WVU CPE will have to verify enrollment and completion of the class/event/workshop to issue any certificates or transcripts. Upon verification, there will be a $15 fee to issue another electronic transcript and $20 fee to issue another hardcopy certificate via postal mail. Certificates/transcripts will be issued after receipt of payment.
The information below will assist a department/college/organization if interested in becoming a partner with us.
Due to budget constraints, courses and programs will be evaluated individually and a cost sharing model will be based upon anticipated ROI. WVU CPE will no longer be charging a flat fee for registrations, setups, and services based on cost of the course/program. This is effective April 1, 2018 for all new courses/registration link creation requests.
Non-credit Academic Terms with Continuing Professional Education
In an effort to align the non-credit course offerings with the on-campus/online course offerings and terms West Virginia University calendar, these are the new course access and offering dates for each term.
Spring: Course Access Dates - January 1-April 30 – Course requests can be submitted as early as mid-October; Registration can open as early as November, close one month prior (March 31) for courses that are online and do not have specified dates.
Summer: Course Access Dates - May 1-July 31 – Course requests can be submitted as early as mid-February; Registration can open as early as March, close one month prior (June 30) for courses that are online and do not have specified dates.
Fall: Course Access Dates - August 1-December 31 – Course requests can be submitted as early as mid-May; Registration can open as early as June, close one month prior (November 30) for courses that are online and do not have specified dates.
