World Education Career Training Courses – A full refund minus the cost of any completed coursework will be made to any student who cancels their program within 72 hours (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) after they have been given access to their program. After that point, there are no refunds.  Contact World Education at 855-201-6910.
 
ProTrain - A student has 3 days from the enrollment date to request a refund. However, if the on-line course material has been accessed, and the reference materials have been opened, no refund will be granted. Additionally, there are no extensions granted for courses. If a student does not complete their course by the end-date on their welcome letter, there will be additional fees for extended access. Extensions must be requested within thirty (30) days after the original end date of the class. Extension request made past this date cannot be honored.

Standard/Online Continuing Professional Education Courses  – Refund/Cancellations must be in writing.  Requests must be made within 7 business days from the date of registration. 
 
On-Site Continuing Professional Education Courses - For the majority of courses, full refunds up to the day before the course is offered will be granted.  T Please see individual class refund policies in the course description for your particular in-person course. 

UGotClass - Refunds may be requested at any time. Class transfers/extensions may be requested at any time.
